Senior Professional Services Consultant

Apprivo’s Senior Professional Services Consultants have full responsibility for the customer engagement, from beginning to end. Starting with customer engagement, proposal creation and initial meetings, the senior consultant will advise top tier customers, listening to understand their needs, recommending a solution and implementing that solution.

The senior consultant may lead a team of people on larger accounts, and act as the account manager. They may also have oversight and/or management responsibilities for other consultants. Apprivo places the highest emphasis on the experience that the customer has in working with our consultants, and the elegance of the solution.

Our senior consultants have a range of resources to support their activities, including team-based training, and access to subject matter experts. They are measured on billable hours and customer satisfaction, and rewards are commensurate with high performance in both areas.

WORK EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

  • Five + years professional services experience
  • Strong analytic and problem solving skills
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Solid presentation design and delivery necessary
  • Some people management experience helpful
  • Knowledge of Professional Services processes and tactics
  • Channel knowledge a plus
  • Salesforce knowledge good helpful but not necessary

EDUCATION AND GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

  • College degree desired
  • Professional consultant training a plus
  • Leadership/management courses helpful
